Nice stay but below expectations

by joachimz143

The hotel was generally nice but some services were behind expectations when we considered the price.
Breakfast:
The selection was the same each day and juice wasn’t fresh, pancakes were supermarket ones, coffee was pretty much varying in strength
French toast was good and fruits fresh, but in very small portions.
They call themselves an “eco” resort but we didn’t see too much like the origin of the products they use or any other activities they do with respect to environmental protection.

But the staff was always very friendly and helpful. They arrange for us a rental car on last minute notice and were able to have it delivered right upon our arrival although we informed them just 1 hour prior! For this a big thumbs up to the staff!!
The bungalows are nice, clean and spacious and offer all you need, although a little bit old and could benefit from a little fixing, especially in the bathroom. One problem is the AC, it is extremely loud, so quite disturbing during the night.

Location is very nice, you are watching the sea 10 meter away while relaxing on your balcony.

So, simply we were expecting more for the amount of money we paid.

Beautiful!

My husband and I have just returned from a 13night stay at this beautiful resort. From our arrival to the moment we left,we had nothing but the best service. Amet and Raj on reception were two of the most respectful friendly people you could wish to meet, always on hand to help with anything! We loved Piyal and Mahesh from the bar/restaurant too, those guys are there morning til night and always provided service with a smile and again would cater to our needs! We’ve never felt as relaxed as we did on our stay here..beautiful little bungalow overlooking the sea,the gorgeous tortoises that I fell in love with, watching the colourful birds, giant bats and crabs all made for just the best experience! If you’re looking for the best chill-out experience, then this is the place! Loved every second of our stay!
