Overview

The 50 individually decorated guestrooms vary in size but all of the rooms have a view of the ocean or pool. The deluxe rooms offer sitting and dining areas. There is a fitness room, pool, and massage room, too. The homemade baked goods waiting for you at the front door are also a nice treat. But the fresh-made breakfast each morning and wine and cheese selection each evening will leave you wanting to return.

30yr Anniversary Return

by hwystar67

The Inn of Cocoa Beach is where we stayed on our wedding night back in 1989. We have been wanting to return over the years and finally got that opportunity for our 30th Anniversary. This time we really got to enjoy the beauty and ambiance that the owners visioned when they opened this quaint Bed and Breakfast style Inn. From the lovely antique furniture to the wonderful ocean view, you will be amazed by the rooms comfort and decor. From the twilight wine and cheese gathering to the awesome breakfast, the time you spend here will quickly pass. We really enjoyed the lovely owner, friendly staff, and all the folks we got to meet during our stay. We just happened to time a full moon glistening across the surf and even got to catch a morning space launch. Hopeful we can return to enjoy this unique place again.

Fun little getaway

The Inn is a very cozy place to stay. Their continental breakfast is amazing! Homemade quiche and bread (we had banana the first day and pineapple the next). The Honor bar is great as well as their wine and cheese afternoons.

The rooms have been updated and the grounds are very well maintained. The pups and parrots are adorable and welcoming. Very well decorated as well which makes for a very welcoming feel.

The staff are pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

A few problems we found, which weren’t that big of a deal and reported to the front desk, where sugar ants in our room and the bathroom fan didn’t work.

The only big problem is that we could hear the people in the next room, which I don’t know how they would fix. Muffled talking, toilet flushing, etc.

Overall we give The Inn four stars and will definitely be staying there again.
