Located in the center of town in Tofino, this Inn overlooks the Clayoquot Sound. Families will love being able to walk to everything in town when staying here. There are only eight rooms but each has a water view from the balcony. The rooms feature queen or twin beds, a mini-fridge, coffee maker and a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. There is an onsite restaurant open for dinner only.

We enjoyed a short stay downtown Tofino. Our room had a street view on the second floor above a sushi restaurant. It was comfortable, the staff were great, and the place was unique, fun, and centrally located. Parking is on the street as you are able to find a spot.
Hubby and I stayed at The Inn At Tough City during our weekend to Tofino for a wedding. I wasn’t willing to spend the crazy prices at the amazing resorts so we went out of the box and found the Inn at Tough City. We stayed in Room 3 and had a partial view of the harbour and overlooking Mearse Island. We were able to see the float planes take off and land. Great central location in town. Our room had a king size bed, small bar fridge and coffee maker. There were no cabinets or drawers of any sort so you definitely live out of your suitcase while there. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. There is a sushi restaurant above the rooms and the food smells amazing and the view from the deck is spectacular. The staff play double duty serving in the restaurant and checking in the hotel guests.
If you’re not fussy about a 2 star accommodation while in Tofino the Inn at Tough City has lots of character.
