Entered into the grand entrance of a former ballroom and it was beautiful.

Brought up to a room which was highly kitted out. Lovely heavy drapes and heavy furnishings which made it feel very regal.

I had a good nights sleep and I liked the hotel.

I had problems with them holding £200 for eventualities- and that was ridiculous! They then stated that that was normal. It really wasn’t and hey kept it for 10 days before releasing it.
I was furious.

Shiva group. A bunch of investment bankers reaching out to the hotel market.
Why not? Business is business?

Clearly - there’s more skill to being a hotelier than they realised!

I wouldn’t go back as I felt robbed and not supported by their own mistakes which they made out to be my mistakes!!!

I’m not entirely sure they’re even still in business now!!!

Nice and great location

Very nice hotel, lovely location in Covent Garden. Rooms comfetable and cosy, bar downstairs nice. VERY Closed by nice restaurants and many original old EnglishTavern. Nice staff who recomended many plases nearby tus.Short walk to China Town.
