I stayed in June 2019 for 2 nights. The hotel location was excellent, right across the Boston Public Library, and near the Prudential Center. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had free coffee and cookies in the lobby. The free Beekman lotion came in handy.

Is it the best hotel you will stay in ? Probably not ...
Is the staff team as professional, polite and positively welcoming as you will experience ? Yes they are. Add bed comfort, quality of in-house pub, bar and dining, location and feeling of overall hospitality then value for money it will be as good as.
