Completing a $20 million plus renovation and restoration project and overlooking Copley Square, the Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston offers luxurious rooms and suites just steps from a plethora of family fun and entertainment in downtown Boston. From the historic Freedom Trail to the aquarium to Quincy Market, it’s easy to keep busy sightseeing and find plenty of kid-friendly eateries.
In addition to the usual standard amenities, all rooms include 46-inch flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, and plush bathrobes for kids, too. Cribs are available at no charge and cots are provided for $25 per night. All babies and tots receive an Ollie the Otter stuffed animal, no-tears hair wash, cleansing soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, bubble bath, and gentle lotion. Special treatment is given to guests selecting the Fairmont Gold experience on the fourth floor.
The onsite restaurant is definitely a white-linen tablecloth experience, but kids ages 5 and under eat free off the children’s menu and kids ages 6 to 11 eat for half price off the regular menu; room-service is also available. Babysitting can be arranged for $15 per hour through Parents in a Pinch, so mom and dad can enjoy an evening on the town.

Wonderful staff: Ashley Kirouac, Leidy Duque, Emily Lopez. We have used the St. James room at the Fairmont Copley Plaza a number of times. It is perfect for our group; the old world intimate charm and feel of Boston's history is a delight.

I stayed at the Fairmont Copley for a "girls weekend" getaway with my mother and sister. We were surprised with an upgrade to "Fairmont Gold" - access to a private lounge and it's many amenities, including complimentary evening appetizers and cocktails from the honor bar. Our room was both comfortable and elegant. Would highly recommend staying here!
