Spent 4 nights in August.
Position: close to shops and restaurants. Hotel well maintained, very clean. Front desk very friendly and helpful.
Nice modern Room with two double beds. Beds particularly comfortable, bathroom not that big.
Restaurant high quality for breakfast (a la carte menù) and service.
We loved our stay at Loews Boston!
Overall this hotel was just average to me. Nothing stood out from the rooms to the service. The concept is nice and the Bell Teams were pleasant. The rooms could be cleaner and the ambiance a bit warmer.
