Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!

by 428shawnw

If you are planning to come to this resort (which is a total lie this is not a resort) run for the hills. Don’t waste your money or time coming here, the customer service is awful!!! They treat you like you are a piece of s*** to put it lightly. To start off we arrived to the resort and the first thing the bell man does is throw are luggage on the cart ( after I told him multiple times please be careful with my luggage I have things in there that can break) with no consideration. As we check in the front desk woman didn’t really have any answers to the things I was inquiring about pertaining to the resort (extremely weird when you work for the resort). I asked her is it cheaper to just pay for the food rather than doing the all inclusive she proceeded to just stare at me like I was an alien. We payed 566 (which she didn’t tell us that it doesn’t include room service) for all inclusive which I do not recommend doing because the drinks are awful and the food is the same thing everyday. The second day relaxed by the pool, we get all settled and a man comes by shutting all the umbrellas with no consideration to people who are susceptible to skin cancer etc. I proceeded to explain to the gentleman that my friend has to have an umbrella to block out the sun, he proceeds to argue with me!!! After the whole situation I proceeded to the one bar by the pool (to put it lightly they are so rude and treat you like s***) and wait for 15 minutes for a drink, and mind you there is about 10 people on the resort and no line for drinks!! The day we we’re leaving I realized my whole makeup pallets is shattered. I go to the front desk to see how they can rectify the situation and they are so rude! They tell me we will have investigation come and speak with you. This guy that came to talk to me was so extremely rude it’s ridiculous!! After the guy is so rude to me I finally just say you know what never mind(now mind you if you break something on the resort they will be charging you so fast)! The rooms are so outdated and smelly it’s ridiculous!!! If you are proceeding to book a trip at this resort you need to run why you still can!!!!
