Okay, it’s a four-diamond property, as opposed to its five-diamond sister property, Grand America, across the street. But this more affordable alternative also has a lot going for it, including one of the best breakfast spots in the city, the Coffee Shop, indoor and outdoor pools and its prime downtown locale on the rail line near many of the city’s best sights. Guests also enjoy free Wi-Fi and complimentary self parking. Laundry services are available.

I used to stay here many years ago and it was great to return. The hotel is mostly in great shape, clean, inviting, and a great value. A couple of disappointments: the drain in my sink was nearly completely clogged. Several maids must have noticed. If my stay had been for several days I would have reported it, but by the time I got in there it was after dark. Secondly, the lobby “restaurant” is confusing. If it’s truly supposed to be an eating place there isn’t near enough staff for it. Service is slow and the menu is baffling.
Otherwise great hotel. I’ll be back!

We went to Little America for my daughters 11th birthday celebration. I am so grateful we did! The room the staff gave us was BEAUTIFUL. The pool was so fun. And easy access to tracks connecting us to City Creek was perfect.
The whole experience is one we will never forget. Thank you Little America for helping us have a wonderful birthday for my daughter!
