Fabulous resort

We have just had 9 wonderful days at the Melia Nusa Dua. The resort is amazing with beautiful gardens, the rooms are great and the choice of 5 fabulous restaurants. All the staff were great to deal with, always very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our thanks to Dewar and his staff at the Santeria Beachside who always gave us such great service and icy cold beers. This was our second time at the Melia and we will definitely return.

Beautiful destination and people

We have just stayed at Melia Bali to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. What a beautiful hotel and location. The decor and atmosphere was in keeping with traditional Balinese culture. We were very spoilt with all-inclusive and exceptional service and friendliness from staff. Special mention to Dedi in Lotus Restaurant, very funny jokes ????. Also Nova working very hard in the sun serving drinks to our pool and Ali, our very knowledgeable guide for the Uluwatu trip. Breakfast staff were so very welcoming, especially Vrisa who went out of his way to assist. We also felt very well looked after by our driver Dek. Thank you Melia, we had the perfect stay.
