Getting worst after my 4th stay

Hotel Refurnished but Operation was worst. I have to wait till 18.00 to get my room. Fitness was closed they provide alternatives out of the Hotel. Staff was friendly and smiley. but wasn't well educated.

excellent central london hotel

Great location next to tube and Regents Park (the zoo) , incredibly attentive staff simply couldn't fault them, great facilities with spa and great communal space, good breakfast and lovely bar. Highly recommend.
