Dream Destination

by pambongukphil

We booked to go to Maldives and at this resort less than a month before our trip. We expected a lot but the service and the location still exceeded our expectations. Firstly, Maldives especially the island where we stayed was breathtakingly beautiful. I grew up in a tropical and have been to other beach holidays but this tops one of my unforgettable trips. The resort was near the airport but there was no other resort in the island so you can still have as much privacy as you want. The resort had all the amenities.

We stayed at an over water villa with pool. The room was spacious but not too much. I particularly liked the interior and the fact that you can look out from your pool to watch the sunset.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we enjoyed having unlimited tuna cooked in different ways.

We would highly recommend everyone to go and we will surely will come back but we will be staying a lot longer.

Honey moon

by zizietmimi73

We tooked all included option for our Honey Moon Stay...
Positive Thoughts :
-Beautiful water colours, fish and nature.
-Piloti House very nice - specially bathroom.
-stuff very nice mostly from SriLanka & India.
-Main courses on dinner & Lunch time pretty Ok, not all fresh but generally salted food was good.
Negative Thoughts :
-The Bill / actually be carefull becouse ALL OF ACTIVITY which you will take will cost you 22% more (local taxes and rates 12% + 10%)
-My wife who organised all trip asked for some special welcome becouse of our love honey moon journey = we ve got nothing...
-drinks : dramatic = nothing fresh or local. (In my imagination you can get every fruits freshly squeezed in fron of you, etc.... coconuts etc...) here you can get only artificial juices ! Coca cola and stuff... very dosapointed. Actually we drink only hot water with mint leaves , alternating so with golf water and mint for all the times, and coffee... otherwise nothing good we don’t drink alcool but if you do the choice is small and very bad ...(wines & bears first price quality which you pay extremely expensive !!!!)
-deserts also dramatic as you can read before, no fruits fresh so all the desert artificial and no fresh...
-breakfast if you are an EGG eater fan you will survive = you can get every form of egg you want... but otherwise it will be hard for you.
-you have to be patient with the service ! ????
Order a drink coffee etc in the very begining of meal so maybe buy chance you can have it at the end. The same for waffle and eggs...
-so i think becouse it is a french company every thing is like in France i but a distance and bad quality !!! Croissant and all pattisserie are very dry and un tasty. LIKE THE WINE - Big dissapointment.
-finishing about the food what i think is wrong is the timetable-hours of eating are like in France.... 7-10, 12-14, 19-22h its holidays man...
-the GYM is very small and just you have : dumbells till 20kg , one bike, one Siting bike, one eliptic bike and two runners.
OK i know mostly People are to rest, honey moons romantic stuff etc BUT we go to healthy style and personal care and such a center in such price should have a Bigger more Compet fitness place or even Crossfit place !
-i don’t know if you can blame them but Arrival transfer was terrible 4h late...
-many stuff looks cheap and accesible but if you add taxes is almost double...
