Mis-leading Avertising. This was not a suites hotel, it was a dumpy, expensive time-share.

The listing for this suites hotel was mis-leading and deceptive. It was not a suites hotel, it was a tired old time share property. The "penthouse" was the second floor unit in a multi-unit time share pod. The apartment was grubby, cold (and the heating system didn't work but was noisy), dark, with mis-matched furnishings, filthy carpet, moldy showers, and stains and minor damage through-out. The bed was made with 2 comforters (likely because the heating was in effective), without any covers.
Do not stay here. This was not a suites hotel, it was a dumpy, expensive time-share.

Does what it says

So this was my 3rd visit for an extended stay in New Haven and I chose to stay in New Haven village suites for the 3rd time for a period of 3 months. Love the fact that they have a shuttle service with some very friendly shuttle drivers (Abdul, Devontte and Tom). A big shout out to Felicia for always ensuring employees from Medtronic have the best stay possible. So staying for 3 months, alone, in a different country is tough, but staying where i did definitely made it easier. Huge thanks to Johnna, Tye and Gary for being the problem solvers for all the hiccups that happened. I did have some trouble with the newer inexperienced staff though. All in all it was a very homely stay. Hope to see the guys at NHVS soon.

Thanks,
Roanit
