Basic and rude staff

by Miss G

Rude staff, as basic a room as it gets, television doesn’t work properly and paid money which was supposed to be refunded - nothing yet!

Location is the only good thing about this place but please save your money and stay elsewhere.

Eaten alive by bed bugs

by Valeria G

I stayed for several nights at this hotel for business travel. After the first night I started to itch and thought it was an allergy. On the second night it got worst. I had to go to the doctor in New York and take medicines for over two weeks due to the severity of the bites. On the third night I was given a different room but never got reimbursed for all my expenses. It was a nightmare and the managers could certainly have taken remedial actions. The presence of bedbug infestation was confirmed by an exterminator called in by the hotel. I never even got an apology from them.
