I cannot day enough good things about our stay at Orchid Key. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Peter the manager. Peter made sure we had a room that was in a perfect location that would help my husband feel comfortable. He has heart issues and Peter was more than helpful. He made dinner reservations for us and had the best suggestions for things to do. Everyday he asked us what our plans were. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and a special shout-out to Alex who made the best drinks. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the attention to detail is fantastic. The rooms are smaller but gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. We had a wine cooler in the room and the bathrobes were so soft that I bought one. You are literally steps from everything but once you enter the property you would never know it. I will be back and after staying in several other locations this is the only one from now on.

My husband & I stayed at the Orchid Key Inn for my birthday. Alecia at the front desk was very helpful upon check in, all of the staff was friendly and personable. A nice card and bottle of champagne was waiting for me in the room. I really appreciated the thought, particularly because nobody in our party mentioned that it was my birthday prior to arrival. The complimentary continental breakfast was satisfying with boiled eggs &!choices of meats & cheeses for those who need more than carbs. We would definitely stay here again.
