We checked in. Hot settled in our room. Immediately asked to move, for unknown reason. The owner's wife was at the desk. Only spoke Hindu. Very awkward. Couldn't pay with a CC, only cash. I paid in cash. Wuoted one price, then, she woke us up at 7:30 the next morning, wanting more cash. Then we were told we had to pay more for our Pet, even though they are "pet friendly"? Then, she came back later and accused me of shorting her, when she counted it immediately. We paid for 4 days, $60 per day. We were weakened early every day for her towel delivery and complaints about our furbaby. The room was old, but clean and sort of up to date. I don't recommend this place because of the money issues and pet issues. Not trustworthy. It seemed to be a permanent home for some. Lots of loud talking, yelling and drinking late into the evening. The River Inn is about a mile away. Very nice Motel.

The “decorative” pillows were stained, the towels thred bare, and though most of the room seemed clean this made it feel like it was dirty. The soap packages were open, it just felt dirty. The TV didn’t work, it would be on and the “sound would just turn off and on” and no way to change trolls it. Also there was a language barrier with the owners. The husband spoke some English but it was hard to get information. The office had a very strong smoke smell and wasn’t very clean
