Great Value for money

by gaurabparija

had an overnight stay on the way to an Amazon forest trip. the hotel while not very fancy is extremely clean, very hospitable staff, good fixed menu breakfast and in the heart of the city. the hotel is also close to a fairly large supermarket. good place for short stays. repeat, extremely clean with decent aircon

Pros and Cons

by Kendra B

The hotel was good on communication before we got there. They arranged a taxi to pick us up. On arrival the communication went to so-so. We were going to a remote lodge the next day and that lodge had left a gift and a note about our pick up the next day, but we did not receive it until the next day. Pros: the room was clean, the water was hot, and the breakfast was onsite, easy and good. Cons: the A/C had been off and we arrived late at night so we didn't have time to get the room cooled down before bed. Also the room had poor acoustics, so you relying on having quite neighbors; someone around us was talking on the phone for a few hours late at night and the conversation just bounced into our room.
