Do NOT stay here!

by Kayla D

We booked a room at Park Tower Inn a month ago, with a confirmed booking in hand (with confirmation numbers) we arrived at the hotel last night after a 4hr drive in traffic, only to be told that my reservation had been cancelled and that they were booked so they could not accommodate us. Damion at the front desk showed no concern while telling me that it had been cancelled and could not tell me who did it or how it was cancelled. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know to never try and stay here!! Or you will arrive and end up with no where to go.

Love the “suite” option! Needs a bit of updating and new mattresses. The lazy river was not really inviting. Kind of dark room and water seemed cloudy. No designation where the floats were kept. Breakfast needs more options and more space. I would stay again just tips for the hotel to improve upon.
