The walls and floors are so thin that 2 our our 4 rooms had sleepless nights due to the noise from neighboring rooms. My room was above the gym and the noise from the treadmill was so loud I couldn't sleep. Management was not sympathetic to our concerns the first time we approached them and it took repeated attempts to get them to switch one of our rooms. I would not recommend this hotel.

Every hotel stay should be as relaxing yet enervating as this one was. I came back home totally re-energized. Perhaps it is the attention to detail your staff exhibited or the excellent cuisine I received via room service that made my stay so memorable. Speaking of the staff, they were kind, compassionate and courteous. I guess I could sum it in by saying it was the little things your people did so well that made it a great stay. Thank you so much.
