A room or suite at the Quality Inn & Suites By The Parks puts you just south of the Disney theme parks — away from the fray, but within easy access at the same time. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are all nearby and you’re less than half an hour from downtown Orlando, too. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the local theme parks, as well as complimentary continental breakfast every morning, free Wi-Fi and a free weekday newspaper. The onsite large outdoor heated pool is a great spot to kick back after a day at the park.
Guestrooms and suites have comfortable pillow-top mattresses, a coffeemaker, large flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. Deluxe rooms come with a refrigerator and a microwave. This hotel is suitable for larger families or groups, and is able to sleep up to six people in the same room.

Had the best time staying here. The staff is beyond friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay here is a vacation and relaxing. The maids that clean the rooms do such a fast and efficient job. They get in and out and make everything sparkle and smell great. Shower and toilet are cleaned every day. Fresh towels and sheet daily. I just love it here. Breakfast has a decent variety and goes till 930 ish. And the people at the front desk are so helpful. A gentleman name Kevin checked us in and was fast and efficient and very friendly! He was awesome!! The pool area is nice and relaxing. Great lounge chairs and ice machine to keep your drink cool... also the best location 5-10 min drive to ANY of the Disney parks here. Couldn’t be happier.
Very clean and happy am together.
Will definitely be coming back here every time
I would recommend this hotel for families, budget vacationers etc.
My stay was 7 nights. 2 adults and 1 child.
The check in was great. Property was basic but clean and nice. The pool area was very well maintained. Nice Layout.
The room was basic but had a good size fridge, important since we purchased food to make lunches to bring into Disney (save money). It did have cleaning solution smell, obvious at first but overtime your nose ignores it. Again the smell was preferable to others it could have been.
ISSUE: The hotel advertises Free Shuttle. They do not own or operate the shuttle so the times available for pick up are the most inconvenient possible. If you decide to use the shuttle, you can forget about getting to any of the parks early. We didn't use it once.
We used Uber all week. Got great rates to all the parks and to and from the hotel. Saved us a bunch of money compared to renting.
If you rent a car you still have to pay for parking at the parks... not worth it.
Tried 1 taxi back from the park. It was more expensive than Uber.
The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, CVS, and Walmart.
Free breakfast was key. Nothing fancy again but certainly sufficient for our needs. Get there early to avoid the crowds of families with kids tying up the waffle machine.
I booked in December for an April vacation and got a very good rate.
