Basic hotel but excellent value for money. The breakfast was great for free. There was something there for everyone and the coffee wasn't bad either! The location of the property was very close to Disneyworld and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenier shops. There is a fuel station on the same road too. The staff and cleanliness were superb and if a great deal came up again. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We chose to stay here for the location and being a Choice hotel I thought it would be very good. (AS A CHOICE MEMBER)
On arrival the welcome and check in was warm and easy, everything was explained well.
The reception area was very nice and light and this is also where the breakfast would be served.
Our room was on the second floor. Not a bad size, two oversized single beds but smaller than a double which was fine, we also had TV, fridge and microwave to use.
Wifi was free but intermittant and it dropped out a lot. The bathroom was ok, toiletries are provided if needed, also plentiful towels. The door on the bathroom stuck so you had to give it a shove to open and close. The lighting was dull, a few lamps but only one bulb for a main light.
One night the heavens opened and the water started to pour inside the room from the top of the window, baring in mind we were between floors with balcony walkways. We had to use the watse bins and towles to catch the water which was now going into the A/C unit. I wen to reception to explain what had happened and I was told that no one could help tonight as the lady was the only person on ans other rooms where having the same experience. i was offered to change rooms which i said yes to and the lady would call us, but 3 hours later no one did anything. In the morning i asked again at reception and We were moved to another room but it smelt of damp because the carpet was soaking. We put up with it for our last night.
The breakfast is good with a plentiful choice and the pool looked inviting. we used the gym which was small (5 would be a crowed) the cycle machine didnt work but it had a jogging machine and cross trainer and free weights. The laundry had 2 washers and 2 dryers and took credit card $2.75 for each.
I would say that if this property comes under 'Choice' hotels then it seriously needs to be updated, so disapointed compared to other I have stayed at.
As for the water leak situation, it is a Health and safety matter with electrical A/C units underneath the leak.and needs to be addressed asap.
The way it was delt with was disapointing.
