The property is old and run down. Received a timeshare certificate from a coworker and due to our procrastination, this is what was available. The first room was very outdated but VERY spacious. We would have stayed in that room if it weren't for the hvac leak upstairs that left water oozing from the electrical outlet and drywall so wet, you could poke a hole in it with your finger. The upgraded us to a villa with a loft ( party of 4 didn't need) on the 2ND FLOOR with NO ELEVATOR!
We found a roach on yhe 1st night. Called for a baking sheet twice but never arrived. Washer and dryer were surprisingly new and big.
The pools were a joke. The pool that stayed open the latest was extremely small. Pool #12 was our favorite. It looked the most like a resort pool however; it was old and needed some attention. I am not one to think im better than everyone else but, if you are acustom to at least middle class, this is not for you. Many children were not attended to. I often felt as if I became their babysitter. This property is not for me. I will not be returning.
On the upside, it was in a great location.
