Good Service, Good Food and lovely views

by Harveypup22

We stayed 4 nights here as a family and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms, particularly the rooms higher up the resort have a lovely view across to Curieuse. The food in all the restaurants was excellent with a lot of variety. The only thing that let them down a little was the speed of service in the restaurant. When you have children, it all took rather too long. The buggy service was excellent with very little waiting time. The service throughout the resort was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend it.

Mouse in my room!

by cyntheeeah

Stayed there for our honeymoon early September. The property itself is gorgeous - amazing views from each villa. We were in Villa 183 - waking up to that ocean view is priceless. We also loved the food - especially the banana leaf steamed snapper with Creole sauce for dinner.

However, we were also greeted with a mouse in our villa which completely ruined our experience. We reported this to the front desk who said they would "send someone out immediately" - but no one showed up until the next morning. They failed to remedy the problem or offer a new room despite having seen a photo of the mouse. Perhaps we weren't the first to report this problem? Wish we stayed at the Constance Lumeria instead.
