I stayed here as part of a tour group over Christmas. It is only ten minutes walk from the main Plaza de Armas. The rooms were a bit small and off a narrow corridor. There is internet in reception and a nice lounge area with TV. Breakfast was on the top floor where you have a nice view over the city. The staff are very friendly and we stayed up late drinking, watching latin pop on TV and waved sparklers out in the street as it approached Christmas Day.

This hotel is simply average. The service was good and the staff was very nice, but the rooms were old, outdated, and you could hear anyone that walked by in the hall. My room was clean and the hotel is worth the money, but you won't be impressed by it.
