This pretty chain hotel offers a boutique feel. Families will love the pretty indoor, heated pool where the kids can swim and play after a day of exploring the town while parents can relax on the surrounding lounge chairs. Adults looking to stay on top of a workout routine can visit the fitness center and then the sauna for even more relaxation times. The spacious guestrooms feature one king or two double beds, a flat screen television, mini fridge and a coffeemaker. Cribs and rollaway beds are also available upon request. Families can enjoy the onsite restaurant, Flagstones, for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in public spaces but there is a daily fee for in-room wireless internet. Guest laundry is available for the parents who do not wish to bring home dirty clothes. Complimentary onsite parking is available to guests as well.

This hotel was really run- down a year ago burchten remodeling of the rooms make it attractive again. Decent showers, good beds and modern atmosphere in the rooms.
Conveniently situated near the mall - 5 minutes walk. Elevators are a bit clunky and only a few floors have water vending machines. You can buy water and some energy bars and other stuff near the reception. Bar is ok.
The Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark is exceptional! All of the rooms are modern, extremely clean, and stylish. When booking a reservation for my group, Kate and Maja were extremely instrumental in making the reservation process seamless. Additionally, Marilyn at the front desk executed my group's check-in expeditiously while Josh assisted the group in finding their rooms. Lastly, breakfast is absolutely delicious Brandon the restaurant Manager and Chef Trivius ensured my group had a great breakfast and experience. This hotel feels like home suite home!
