Good room and nice to have kitchen. Breakfast buffet is served by hotel in morning. They will go shopping for you if you give them your list.
Within walking distance of the Museum of the Bible and the Silver Line Metro (Federal Center). Flight was from Toronto City Airport (Billy Bishop) to Washington Dulles.
We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Capitol Building for our tour and the National Mall and museums. It was enough removed from the hustle and bustle of those areas yet within walking distance of a few. Uber was also our best friend in this trip as we made two trips to the Georgetown area for dinner. Just around the corner from Museum of the Bible. The drinks in the gift shop were way overpriced, so we will know better next time. Our room was awesome and so spacious. We had a king size bed which slept like a dream. My husband was not feeling well on our last day and our train didn’t leave until that evening, so the front desk allowed us to remain in our room until time to leave so that my husband would have somewhere to rest. Very kind of them! The continental breakfast was wonderful, especially being able to make your own mini Belgian waffles which were delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel and location.
