You can’t get any closer to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Texas, than The Resort at Schlitterbahn, which offers overnight accommodations for water park guests. Guests of the hotel enjoy early access to select rides, as well as extended hours at select attractions. Purchase the Stay & Play Package to combine water park admission with overnight accommodations.
The Resort at Schlitterbahn offers a wide array of accommodations to suit any family’s needs, from standard guestrooms to vacation homes (and everything in between). Condos and vacation homes have fully equipped kitchens, too, allowing families the option to prepare their own meals. We especially love the Wasser Haus and Lodge, where rooms overlook the Comal River. The 5-bedroom house at Wasser Haus and Lodge can also sleep up to 23 guests — perfect for multigenerational getaways or family reunions.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is standard throughout the property, and other perks include in-room spa services, bike rentals, picnic areas and local excursions.

It is nice to be on the property. Do not be mistaken...nothing is open for resort guests except the pools for an extra hour. It is nice to check in early and they text when room is ready. Customer service is fantastic...everyone at guest services seem to really want the guests to have a special time. Would stay again.
Only had two bath towels and the place is supposed to sleep 7. It was me and three kids so they shared.
We checked in during the night. When we got to the room at the Condos at Boogie Bay, there was blood on one of our beds. No answer from the front desk. I had to physically drive to the front desk after trying to reach them for an hour and ask for replacement linens. The set of linens they gave me was not even complete. We changed the linens ourself and I was assured that a manager would call me at 730 am.
They said they couldn’t help with the issue. Fast forward to 845 AM. No phone call.
I called the front desk again and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor said she couldn’t help and the person who could help never came in this early. It was suggested I could leave a voicemail. I asked to be called back.
Still have the bloody linens in our hotel room. Have received no apologies.
Room rate: over $400 a night.
