Nice hotel good for the money, we were a group of 15 so 5 rooms between us me my husband my children and grandchildren spent a great week here, the veiw from our room faced a car park and a rundown tennis court but wasn't fussy. we went all inclusive and the food was OK but diddnt cater for children unless it was chips, but on the upside Ice creams and ice lollies all day long. The catering staff had faces like slapped backsides and was very rude the fella at the reception desk wasn't no better the hottub was full of alge and wasn't working however the cleaners were lovely and polite and cleaned the rooms every day with a smile, there are 2 pools one up top with beautiful views and the pool at the restaurant where all the day time and night time activities & games take place, the entertainment team (tibo and elise) made our holiday one to remember they were absolutely brilliant even though elise was only there for the first few days of our stay but tibo carried on regardless the children and us big kids loved him he did all the kids games and rewarded them with medels and diplomas at the end of the day and made them feel very special he took time out to come over and chat and get to know you he took us on a trip to the Tower and other activities. He did the children's crazy disco in the evenings shaky shaky boogie boogie, I think that the hotel would benifit from investing in more games equipment, but tibo dose his best with what he's got if Tibo is there next year we will definitely go back if not we will find out where he is and we will go there instead
