Old and worn out

by Sue P

Desperately needs an update on everything. Stayed here 2 nights, had many people in our party we compared rooms. All were the same thing, worn, stained carpets, mold in the bathroom, appliances not working properly, dirt in the bed sheets, outlets not working.. .long list. Nothing we could do as we were in for a wedding but will never stay there again. On the plus side, getting on and off the highway was easy.

Noisy, Standard response from Staff, "I'm Sorry"response but no action

by Cake M

Stayed one night with 13 yr old grandson. Room was a suite, when I requested double beds not a large king. Still large room until I realized the loud band underneath my room on the second floor was over a wedding party. Called front desk & was told they would stop at 11PM. Really, I go to be at 9, and kid needs to sleep also since we had to be up at 5AM. SORRY, was the only response. So then I call for a wake up call, no one picked up, so used my phone to call the front desk, again, SORRY. THey took wake up call. You guessed it, no wake up call. Again, Sorry. More blank who cares look. I left exhausted, lack of sleep and rushed. Certainly would have done better sleeping in my car. I am sure the managament will respond with the standard we apologize addition to review. Which doesn't help after the fact. So weekends seem to be big wedding party times, I'd advoid this place like the plague on a weekend.
