Situated between downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, guests have plenty of opportunities to walk and explore Bend by foot when staying at this hotel that opened in 2017. The Springhill Suites building was once part of the actual milling lumber process years ago and the hotel’s owners made sure to incorporate pieces of that into the property’s decor. Make sure to check out the artwork by the front desk showing what the property once looked like.
The modern lobby gives off a rustic vibe and appears as more of a gathering space than a typical hotel lobby. Kids will love the indoor pool and adults will love hanging by the fireplace in the lobby or on the outdoor patio during a stay here.

This all-suite hotel's rooms feature one king or two queen beds, a flat-screen television, microwave, mini-fridge and coffeemaker. The plaid wallpaper offers a modern, ski-lodge type of feel. There is a leather sleeper sofa in a sitting area in the same room as the bed. Some of the bathrooms offer tubs. Electric outlets can be found by the bed. Cribs and connecting rooms are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Excellent property in a great location for walking either to the Old Mill District, the Deschutes River, or downtown Bend. The rooms are spacious (typical in their Springhill design but MUCH wider than the 'usual' rooms - a great feature!) and very clean, breakfast was okay (typical Marriott extended stay hotel buffet), and the lobby was large and inviting. Love the 24-hour coffee station. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Bend!

The Art of Smart Timing
This hotel is busiest in the summer months, when families tend to spend the most time in Bend.
The Bend-Redmond Municipal Airport is less than 30 minutes away from this resort. Downtown Bend is a 10-minute walk and Mount Bachelor Ski Village is about 30 minutes away.
Located within walking distance to both downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, it is easy to maneuver around town when staying here. However, a vehicle is needed to explore much of Bend.
For Mom and Dad
Adults will love to grab a local craft beer at The Boardroom Lobby Bar and relax after a day of travel.
