With 270 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units overlooking a gorgeous stretch of beach in Sanibel, Sundial offers everything you want for a family beach vacation. All rooms have screened-in balconies overlooking the water, as well as full kitchens. The resort also features two restaurants — the more upscale Beaches Bar & Grill and the casual, poolside Crocodial’s — 12 tennis courts (including some clay courts), an adjacent 18-hole PGA golf course and Sunny’s Kids Club for children, ages 4 to 12. But, the highlight for kids is the Environmental Coastal Observatory Center, a 450-gallon touch tank with horseshoe crabs, conches and other salty critters to pick up.

very old resort, that needs to be renovated.
beach is decent but nothing more! Wifi is really bad, couldn’t do a business call for 30minutes.(got disconnected 4times). If you want to stay in sanibel island I would recommend getting an Airbnb
Clean, lots of included amenities (kayaks, bikes, paddle boards, ect.) and a beautiful island! We did two days of tennis drills with Christian that were excellent! Highly recommend both the resort and staff.
