Very clean rooms, great golf courses, quite a few choices for eating on the property, had no problems this trip, and the few problems I have ever had were solved quickly. On a past trip we actually left a personal pillow in the room, decided not to pay to have it shipped to us, stayed on the property six months later, they delivered the pillow to our room on our first day. Crazy that they stored it for that long, and had the record keeping to deliver it on our next stay. Don't know if we just got lucky, but we were impressed.
Upon arrival, a front desk agent didn't seem like she was very welcoming. Just checked me in and gave me a map of where I was staying. Danielle at Carson's was very welcoming and great to chat with. She did ask about the property I was from, how Suncadia is as a property compared to Sunriver, and how my drive from Washington was.
Of course I was there for business working with HR and Finance, and it was great to hear the similarities that we experience on a daily basis. Lizzy and Jessica are wonderful and the topics we spoke about and share were very informative for both ends.
