We were advised this was one of the premier all inclusive resorts in Cozumel. Unfortunately, to our surprise this resort is not that. As U.S. citizens, on our honeymoon, this place was not a highlight of trip. The pros : good service at front desk, good ac in room, and views of the beach. The cons: the food is terrible (1/10) with limited options, no taking food back to room without being questioned, the mosquitos are out of control, the poor condition of the deluxe tropical view room (crack in our bathroom window, stains on the walls, and mosquitoes were coming in due to window) the solicitation at the resort is very aggressive and annoying due to you will be solicited from the time you’re off the plane.Honestly, I am surprised there are not more negative reviews regarding the food... I mean terrible. Not a place I would recommend.
This was our 3rd stay here.
We love the smaller feel. No matter where your room is, it is still a short walk to everything. Restaurants are great.
The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
Concierge Randy and his manager are great to work with.
