Usual high standards

Perfectly placed in the town centre with friendly and helpfull staff.
The downside was the lack of parking resulted in my car being stolen from nearby.(Yes it was legally parked and hasn't been towed away) so be warned,despite this being a very affluent area there are still scoundrels about.

Multiple business trips

Working in London throughout 2019 and this establishment has become my hotel of choice during that time. The hotel is well located in central Richmond with access to all the high street amenities, the hotel is always tidy, rooms are tidy and all staff (and Roberta in particular) are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
