I took my niece to Napa for her 21st birthday. The people at the Westin were wonderful. I called the concierge's desk a few weeks before our trip. Jennifer helped me with planing our stay from wine tours to dinner plans. She figured out our whole trip while in Napa. When we arrived there was a small birthday cake and a bottle of Champagne waiting for me niece. All the tours and restaurants we went to knew it was my niece's birthday and they made it very special. Jennifer was amazing. She also hooked us up with a driver for the day. The company is Legacy Wine Tours, owned by Sammy Davis. Great company! If you need a driver he is your guy. Everyone else we encountered at the Westin couldn't have been nicer. The chauffeur they have on sight was such sweet man. Westin you are doing a great job in Napa!
The Westin was in a great location to walk about town. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.it also had a great outdoor area. We also had a balcony which was quiet and beautiful.
A resort-style saltwater swimming pool is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and overlooks a Bocce court and lawn where families can gather to play. A hot tub is also available.
LaToque is the Westin's onsite restaurant, serving locally sourced foods from the chef's on-property garden and area wines from Napa Valley and Sonoma County. The Michelin Star restaurant is open every night from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
BANK Café and Bar
BANK Café and Bar is the all-day café serving LaToque's chef's more casual offerings. This café provides indoor and outdoor seating, as well as lounge dining off of the lobby. Open from sunrise to 11 p.m., in-room dining menus feature foods from the café.
