We stayed here last week in a one bedroom. Check in was a breeze and the facilities are very nice. Our room (608) was clean, no view to speak of but we were busy so that didn't matter. Our big disappointment was the bed size. We had reserved a room (see attached photo) with a queen-sized bed but received room with a full-sized bed. Led to an uncomfortable two nights sleep. We did not realize their error until we went to bed and changing rooms was going to be a challenge as we had unpacked and hung up our clothes / put away groceries and were out most of the following day. Of course there was a sofa bed. but no grown up really wants to sleep on that. Anyway, check that you've been given what you reserved. No one tried to sell us a time-share but concierge did leave a message so assuming that was what that was about.
This was the first time we have used an accomodation for our membership. The place is really nice, very friendly people that are always greeting you! The rooms are nice, the bathroom is really big, only wish was that they incorporate more counter space around sink, very small. The rooms were supplied with lots of towels and such, the kitchen has everything except stove/oven. We didn't have a kettle, but brought one up right away. They do approach you to have a free breakfast with them and go over new details of membership, which was fine as we were outdated on some stuff.... the only thing was that I felt a bit pushed into spending more, but we didn't. The Wyndham was close to Union square. Lots of places to eat around area and we walked down to the wharf (a good 1/2 hour). We would stay again for sure!
