Overview

Maya Villa is a boutique hotel made up of 17 individual condominiums. All condominiums are fully furnished and equipped with DVD players, kitchens, air conditioning and digital safes. One- and two-bedroom units are available are comfortable for most families. Larger groups can stay in two- or three-bedroom penthouses with washer and dryer units. The hotel’s decor exudes a Mayan flair with art of local artists displayed in the lobby and rooms. One of the most popular features of Maya Villa is the stone “Gecko” pool, shaped like a gecko with a long, winding body. The hotel is located in the Premier Zone of Playa del Carmen near the sea and Fifth Avenue.

Nice hotel, good size for family.

Family friendly, location right off the 5th ave. We didn't use all the amenity so have no commend on that. Breakfast has tow options on at the bar/restaurant next door, on at beach house. The beach is at the edge of the area so wasn't too big. But overall nice for its price.

Playa del carmen trip

The trip and the were amazing and beautiful. The swimming pool and the jaccuzi are great. The hôtel is very good located (near of mall, Beach, coco Bongo and supermarket ....)
During the night, it wasn't easy for sleeping because the noise generated by the clubs next to the hotel was strong.
