Great conference and ski place, but needs improvement

by Shawn C

We had a conference here for a week. Great conference and networking facilities. Skiing was great – awesome slopes after a snowstorm. The hotel is right next to a lift and provides a locker for each room for skies. We had a one-bed room suite which is comfortable with a great view. The front desk staff receptionist was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The problem was the housekeeping staff we experienced was terrible. She forgot to clean our room for 3 days and for the days she showed up, she always forgot something (e.g. change towels, taking the trash out…). We wish we could have a better housekeeping person to make our experience at this place even better.
