Very nice inside

I would give a better rating if there was a changing table in the lobby restroom. Also, if there were cheap snacks available in a vending machine for those that spend so much on their trip already. I did not want to have to leave the hotel to go to a convenience store for affordable snacks. The hotel did however have a very nice restaurant attached to it that wasn't ridiculously priced.

AVOID!! Unacceptable poor service for this price

AVOID!! Unacceptable poor service for this price.

Booked this for my parents as a gift. They were almost left out of the hotel TWICE over a 2 night stay due to lack of organization / issue with the system.
1. Flight delayed and very late check in flagged in advance, but still recorded as no show. Imagine finding that out at 4am after a 6hs flight delayed by 6hs... Customer service was rude, plus is not on site and speaking with them has been of no help. Despite having flagged the late check in they were let in as a courtesy
2. The day after, while coming back for dinner, they were informed that their reservation was for one night only and that they had over stayed. Many discussions later, the person at the desk realizes it was a mistake on the system.

It was supposed to be a cute gift for them to relax, and it ended up ruining their holidays. Unacceptable.
