Hotel Operator

by loveus69

Well we phoned the hotel 5 times with lots of questions due to this being our first time in the states and I must say Jackie the operator was just great never transferred our calls to other departments and gave lots of information and answered all of our questions, cares and concerns. She also followed up with airport transportation since the concierge was busy every time we phoned. I just hope all the staff there are as friendly and helpful. Cant wait for our trip and hope we get to meet Jackie just so we can thank her for all of her help and patience.

Fun and Quirky Hotel

by Robin_Sp

A great location for a hotel, literally only a few feet from the bay. The hotel decor is a little off beat and interesting. But it does seem a little run down with peeling paint dirty bathroom walls.

The hotel staff; concierge, cleaners and housekeeping were friendly and fun. But the reception desk staff were all cranky, almost rude. During our three night stay we talked to three people who worked reception and none seemed happy or to enjoy their job.

Overall an OK hotel, but a little overpriced.
