This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel as it is clost to the CBD. Transport readily available. Very good security

We found the staff very helpful/friendly/honest. Customer service sndard is very good. Overall security is above expectation. Walking distance to City/Govt.buildings and other attractions. Transport are readily available at all times.
We had no problems during our first stay and this stay.
Highly recommend to any one who is looking for budget hotel as you get value for money.

The place is located a short walk from Albert Park. It is close to Parliament and 10 minutes walk to town. It has plenty of taxis which are cheap to use. The building is tired and the configuration means it can be noisy. The food area where you have breakfast, lunch and dinner is small and because of the proximity to water has mosquitoes. The conference room is downstairs and adequate. The rooms have fans and airconditioning.
The food was good and the service outstanding. The pool was adequate.
