This is a brilliant small hotel boutique style and recently built. The staff were amazing, the room super clean and spacious. The service and food was of the highest order and the friendliness of everyone quite astounding. It must be said that I arrived during the height of the Covid 19 crisis and regardless everyone was on point, happy and caring despite their woes. There are imminent lay offs and mandatory 3 day working weeks!

The hotel isn’t adjacent to the beach but is next to an open plan shopping mall with ATM machine a mere 30 meters from the front door. It has a roof top gym and pool and whilst I couldn’t comment on the atmosphere there due to the crisis there was next to nobody! However I give it my strongest 5 star seal of approval. There were views of the sparkling ocean from my room and this hotel overlooks or is adjacent to the lagoon.

Quiet, stunning, superb food and lovely staff. Job done ????

This stay was by far one of the best I have had at a Hilton. I work for the Hilton, so seeing this brand new property and Hilton Concept, was amazing. The breakfast was very good, the rooftop pool amazing, and the staff super Helpful and friendly.Monica, Betty, Renee, Jose (Rooftoop Pool), all made my stay worth while. I am super impressed by the decor of the hotel and the spacious rooms. This hotel is centrally located to shopping centers and not far from all of the clubs and bars (mandala beach). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good time in Cancun!
