The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was adequate but the smell of the carpet was less than desirable. We put the AC on full blast to minimize the oder. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the safety latch was loose. The beds were comfortable.

I’ve stayed way over one hundred nights in Choice this year and it mostly been positive for me but this hotel has a problem with upgrading their Diamond members. When I ask for a upgrade room I got a run around. I checked in at 3:20pm and I walked out at 8:00 pm to see how many suits were taken and there was one out of six. Just Lazy on the girl that checked me in. I’m also a diamond select member with best western, keep it up Choice and I’ll take my 180 nights a year elsewhere. at $105 per night on a Monday night I shouldn’t even have to ask for something that I’m supposed to be offered up front!!! My advice is to train your people. good Luck in the future. I stayed on 10/21/19
