It has really deteriorated...

Old Hampton Inn being allowed to fall to pieces. Worse was the disrepair in the bathroom (mildew, caulk applied by kindergarteners, pink mold on the shower head), beading only so so - appeared clean. Only 2 pillows in a King suite to sleep 4. Breakfast not worth it. Missing from prior stays are hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese and peanut butter, fruit of any kind. Do buttered toast, runny scrambled eggs, okay sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Period.

You can tell the hotel was an old Hampton Inn. The layout, color scheme. Desk clerks were friendly. Hotel room bathtub had rust around the outside of the tub, no other visible dirt or damage to the room. We were leery of parking in the parking lot. The hotel is next door to a liquor store. Dead end road. An SUV with a window broken out, and plastic taped around window frame sat in the hotel parking lot.
