Love Memphis

by YATLOML

Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was good. Wait staff for breakfast were awesome. The only problem I had was my room was very dusty (everything) and the curtain was falling down. But the housekeeping staff were so nice I didn’t complain. I would stay here again. Easy walk to Beale street. First trip to Memphis. I loved it!

Ok but could be better.

We were booked into this hotel as part of our tour. It is very conveniently placed and the rooms are clean and tidy but it does need some attention in places - decor, carpet, chipped cistern etc. The door to our room stuck badly a couple of times too. There wasn’t a safe in our room and no fridge but a coffee maker was available. We had breakfast on our tour included at the attached TGI Fridays which was pleasant enough (eggs and bacon were good).
