Business travelers may want to reconsider staying here.

I am a Titanium with Marriott and have about 110 stays so far this year so I constantly travel. Flew into Colorado Springs for business on a four night trip and stayed at this hotel. The first thing they told me when I check in is that they need at least 48 hrs of notice if I leave early or they have to charge me. Well the reason I am a Titanium is that as a business traveler, I want to try and get home maybe a day earlier if business is conducted and completed ahead of schedule and do not want to be bothered with rules like this. This is the first Marriott property I have ever been told this. Maybe they recognized I was a businessman and this happens a lot for them? Other than that, the hotel was a standard Fairfield with a very friendly staff and a good location near several restaurants.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic!
Thanks to Debbie and Nicole. I spoke with Deb ahead of time to make sure my reservation was in place and I also told her that we're finally getting time to do a little trip and to celebrate our anniversary.

My interaction with Debbie was great and then when we finally arrived, I checked in and got to meet Nicole. These two people were outstanding and they really did make our visit there a special time for us. I love the microwave and the refrigerator in our unit.

The location was good the lobby was great, the rooms were nice size, my one complaint is That the windows definitely need to be upgraded because a lot of traffic noise came through.

I WOULD go back just so I could say hi to those two ladies, they were so nice.
