Nice hotel except for the lack of security cameras in the parking lot. Our vehicle was broken into and now there’s no way to identify who did it. Colorado Springs PD won’t help either. Their policy is not to respond to damages to property or theft rather to call you back “at their convenience” to make a report which in our case was 5 hours after we called them.
Was in CO Springs for a conference at the Broadmoor. This hotel was a cheaper option nearby. The bed and pillow were quite comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The check in and out process were efficient. No complaints, aside from the drapes not closing completely (and therefore letting in more light than I prefer at night). I didn't eat on site, but I did take the getaway boxed breakfast (apple, fruit bar, muffin, water). Basic but good.
