Good option if not full!

by CJones900

Small room but to be expected in NYC. Good beds, shower and TV. Location fine with a lovely Italian round
the corner. Metro close by. Breakfast was good quality and more than enough variety. Negatives were poor housekeeping standards and room not cleaned by 4pm. Also when the hotel was at capacity part way through our stay breakfast was so busy it was very difficult to get a seat and the lifts system couldn’t cope meaning 20 minute waits. When I complained about housekeeping to reception the man suggested it was my fault and wasn’t very customer friendly. Decent value for a family of four as breakfast included in our rate but won’t return.

Great Experience in my birthday

by Lourdes542

This was a total hit for my birthday. We spend the night before going to the theatre; welcome at front desk was fine, room with a view was a good choice.
We received a thank you note from Rachel, who welcome us when checking in. Location of the Fairfield is priceless. Recommend to stay here when in Manhattan. T
