Awesome Culture

by GRTravel79

Another great stay, but it does feel like there has been a culture shift here. They have taken the customer service experience seriously and you can tell they own it. This was just a quick two night business trip that they made extremely enjoyable. Thanks to all for your smiles!

We stayed here twice. The area is called Marriott Village because there are several properties that surround that fountain you see in the main photo. This one is huge, but it also has an enormous breakfast area to accommodate all the people staying there. We watched whole school groups come in, and it never felt crowded, because they have well laid-out serving lines, multiples of everything (several juice machines, several toasters, etc.) and different seating areas.

Within the village are some shops - souvenirs, pizza, etc. - but walk just off the property and there's a BJs and a Bahama Breeze - don't waste your time eating on property with those great choices less than a 5 minute walk away (walk to where the Disney shuttle buses pick up, then cross straight over - BJs is on your left, Bahama Breeze on your right.

Friendly help, bright friendly colors throughout the hotel, never had any trouble finding parking, and a free shuttle to Disney - they've got it all!
