Houston Astros Game

The room was comfortable. The elevator was slow. Breakfast was ok. I wanted a banana but the chef stayed that they had sent someone to market to get some. The biscuits were cold and chewy. The coffee was good. We stayed two nights and all in all in was comfortable. When we were getting ready to check out we were informed that there would be a $10 a night parking fee and $100 deposit. Geez. We were not told that when we made reservations.
It's been more than five days and deposit was reimbursed and parking fees were only charged one time..
We thought we had found a hotel close to Minute maid but it is across the expressway and traffic and construction was horrible.

They do have a shuttle van.
The only downfall is there is shop across the street that sells dildos. Big windows you can see everything. Aaa...
Room was comfortable.

Terrible Service from Management and Team Members

When we had called to confirm our reservation we had been informed that our room type had changed and were downgraded to a smaller room with 1 less bed than requested. When speaking with the Manager on Duty at the time, we were told that they had a conference in town and they can change room types at any point. When searching online I found that they were still selling the room type that we initially requested. When I asked the Manager on Duty why we didn't receive a courtesy call to let us know of these changes she proceeded to hang up on me. Never once did I hear an apology nor was I given ANY assistance in finding a solution.
