Great facility but cabana closed

by kathy m

We stayed with family and friends the last week of September. Not sure what everyone is talking about. It was sparkling clean. Very spacious. Very nice. Loved the patio.
The big downside- the big cabana they talk about and show in pics- CLOSED! Yes closed. No drinks. Nothing. Closed for the season "due to lack of staff" big huge disappointment. Nowhere to get a drink on the resort. We should not have had to pay $15 a day activity since it was closed.
Rci, diamond resorts should be notified about it being closed.
Other than that the condo is perfect. 2 bedroom. Awesome! Had the cabana been open- 5 stars +

Run down and dirty

by Linda D

This resort has potential; it is in a beautiful area. The units are spacious, but in need of some TLC. The housekeeping is terrible and the buildings are in decline. A request was made to have our unit cleaned twice because the bathroom had hair and finger nail clipping on the vanity and mold in the shower. Two non-English speaking women were sent the first time, but didn't do the job. The second time a man with a spray bottle and dirty cloth was sent. After the third request, we cleaned the bathroom ourselves.
